Here at Club Lotus we do all we can to help protect your privacy. We know the value of personal information and totally understand your concern about privacy. As a result, we believe that you have the right to know exactly how we collect and use your personal information. We collect the absolute minimum of personal data to operate our website.
In addition, we keep track of all payments made by you through PayPal - we do not have access to, store or indeed want any credit card information. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment - just a valid credit card that can be processed by PayPal.
You may change your password at any time - and is highly recommended to be done regularly. You change your password through the "My Account" section when you login to our site.
We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) at all times when personal data is requested or displayed on the Club Lotus website or Shop so there is never any data transmitted "in the clear" - it is all encrypted as it should be.
Club Lotus is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell, rent, trade or lease this information to others in any way. When you navigate our website, we may gather certain information such as your IP address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your visit. This is standard information collected in web server logfiles. These logfiles are for our own site usage analysis and on-line marketing purposes.
For troubleshooting purposes from time to time it may become necessary for Club Lotus, during limited and usually brief periods of time, to maintain usage data to assist Club Lotus in debugging its system or addressing other problems in its products or services.
